United Kingdom (mainland & PO Boxes—PO Boxes ship via Royal Mail/standard post only).

Free UK shipping on all orders.

Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

We don’t dispatch on UK bank holidays. If a holiday causes a delay, we’ll keep it to a minimum.

Changing your delivery address
Contact us before dispatch and we’ll update the address for you.

Out-of-stock items
If part of your order is out of stock, we’ll refund that item and ship the rest.

If your delivery is late
If your parcel hasn’t arrived 7 business days after the estimate, email evercosyonline@outlook.com

30-Day Returns

Return unworn/unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Email support@evercosy.co.uk with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid label (when eligible) and instructions.

Please don’t post items back before we approve the return.

Exchanges

Want a different size? Start a return → place a new order for the right item.

What’s not returnable

Final-sale items, gift cards, and used/worn items. (Hygiene-sensitive items must be unopened.)

Damaged/Wrong item

Tell us within 7 days of delivery (photos help). We’ll make it right fast.

Refund timing

We’ll inspect on arrival and refund to your original payment within 10 business days.
