Return unworn/unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Please don’t post items back before we approve the return.

Want a different size? Start a return → place a new order for the right item.
What’s not returnable
Final-sale items, gift cards, and used/worn items. (Hygiene-sensitive items must be unopened.)
Damaged/Wrong item
Tell us within 7 days of delivery (photos help). We’ll make it right fast.
Refund timing
We’ll inspect on arrival and refund to your original payment within 10 business days.
